Great Puerh Toucha Pumpkin Vintage 2001 Rare Find

Similar to the Birds Nest shape but has the grooves down the sides as a pumpkin.

One piece. ~ 100 grams about 3 ounces

Use one level teaspoon per cup. It can make a 6 ounce cup or a 16 ounce mug of tea. Just remember to rinse with boiling water just prior to use. Some folks leave the pu erh in the cup and just continue to refill with hot water throughout the day. Doesn't really get bitter or weak like regular tea does.

When I make Kombucha Tea with pu erh I use about 10 - 12 grams per gallon.

Even though the price seems high to many, one cup of pu erh still comes out less than the morning computer's coffee. Plus pu erh does get you going, helps relieve hangovers and the morning blue's plus helps lower your cholesterol.You may even get healthier while saving money.

Like fine wines pu erh can be purchased when they are young and immature - and cheap. Though considerable cheaper their taste is rougher more earthy. Poor quality pu-erh taste dirty. This Pu erh Pumpkin Tea is clean with a mellow, rich flavor.
