4 ounces of Pure MSM. 1/4 tsp. equals 1000mg. ~100 doses per unit.
The LD50 (dose at which 50% of test subjects are killed by the high dosage) of MSM is greater than 17.5 grams per kilogram of body In rats, no adverse events were observed after daily doses of 2 g MSM per kg of body weight. (Roughly 30 grams in one ounce and 4 ½ pounds in a kilogram)

Very long article. Brief described my interest as Increases the alcohol, CO2, and Lactic Acid production in beer, wine, cider, dairy or any combination. That would include Kombucha, Jun, Vinegar and especially the Lacto-Ferments; Jun, Ginger Beer, Water Crystals,and Milk Ferments; Kefir and Caspian Sea Yogurt.
Specifically would help Lactobacillus acidophilus colonize the intestinal tract and increase the benefit of taking probiotics.
