When brewing fine loose-leaf tea, herbs, spices, fruits & hops it is critical that each leaf has the capacity to absorb as much pure water as possible and to fully expand, thereby releasing their full potential of violable oils and taste. This is our smaller unit though still larger than most T-Balls and is well suited for finer powdered teas and fine loose leaf for brewing up to a gallon of tea at a time.
