Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads. The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands.

The included 2-piece stainless steel ball valve allows for easy cleaning and a fast flow.

For Kombucha brewers that worry about the height to width ratios these kettles are pretty square. They measure out at 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter

Kettle Tube Screen

The bazooka style Kettle Tube is a rugged tube of stainless steel screen 12" in length, 1" in diameter, with a 1/2" MPT fitting that will thread directly into the inside of our Brew Built or Heavy Duty Brew Kettles, or into the back of any of our line of Weldless Ball Valves, allowing you to better filter while transferring from your kettle to your kegs or Brite Tanks.

Thermometer

Thermometer has an easy-to-read 3" Face, and 1/2" MPT threads on the back to connect to your kettle. The metal stem is durable and won’t break like glass can.Easy to read from a distance. Reads the temperature 2 1/2 inches inside right where you want to know where the ferment is.
