This 2 piece set has a variety of uses. For serving ice cold drinks - without the worry of watering down the drinks with melted ice you fill the inner infuser with ice and then place inside the outer infuser. Keeps drink cold with watering it down.

Place fruits, herbs, spices and other nutritious flavorings in  the inner piece infuser (with holes) while fermenting and then remove when finished saving from having to pick through the ferment and remove pieces.
